  1. This offer is open to customers with a Monese Simple, Classic, or Premium GBP or EUR account.
  2. You must have received an email or in-app message from Monese with this offer to qualify.
  3. To redeem this offer, you need to use your Monese card for a financial transaction at least once in the 7 days following the email or in app message.
  4. Qualifying transactions include card payments, direct debits and ATM withdrawals. Transactions on gambling sites or services are excluded.
  5. Qualifying transactions do not include Monese to Monese payments or account top ups (via debit, bank transfer or cash top up).
  6. Once you have completed a qualifying transaction, we will add £/€ 10 to your Monese account within 10 working days.
  7. Offer expires midnight on 16th February 2021. Qualifying transactions must be made by 16th February 2021.
  8. There is a maximum of 2500 payments of £10 / €10 to be redeemed. Money is awarded on a first come first serve basis.
  9. Cashback is awarded at Monese’s sole discretion, and Monese reserves the right to cancel the promotion or to exclude customers from it at any time.
