We’re happy to announce that you can now log in to your Monese account from your desktop with the new Monese for web! We’ve had lots of requests for a web version of Monese, so we’re incredibly excited to finally be able to share its first version with you.
What can I use it for?
Easy to navigate, we designed the web version of Monese to provide you with more tools and better access to manage your account and expenses. Here’s everything you can use it for right now.
Log in securely
We’ve added an extra layer of security to Monese for web. On your first login, we’ll ask you to set a password, for which you’ll need to go through a two-factor authentication (2FA) process using your mobile app. You then won’t need your phone every time you use it.
Check your balance
You can check your personal, business and other accounts like PayPal or Avios; plus your total balance, all in one place. For more details, just choose the account you want to view.
Browse your transactions
You can also filter transactions to easily find exactly what you’re searching for. Sort transactions by date, spending amount or category for a faster search.
Monese for web lets you to download your account statements straight to your computer. Choose the date range for your statement and quickly get it in PDF or CSV format.
Keep things private
For extra privacy, you can hide your on-screen balance using ‘Privacy Mode’, just as you would on our mobile app.
How to get started
It’s easy to log in to your Monese account from the web. Follow these steps to get started:
Step 2: Check your Monese app to get the 6-digit verification code (which you’ll need for your first login). For this step, make sure your Monese app is up to date.
Step 3: Type in the code and start navigating your accounts online! And don’t worry if you get caught up with something else, we’ll safely log you out if you’re inactive for too long.
For users who need larger screens for more complex activities related to their accounts, such as for business or other reasons, we hope this new online feature is useful to you. We’re working on adding more features — so take this as a sneak peek of what’s to come! Once you try out Monese for web, we’d love to hear your thoughts. If you have any ideas or suggestions for improvement, write us on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
