A few frequently asked questions

  1. What happens if I have already bought a gift card in the FEB10 sale? There is nothing stopping you from purchasing a new gift card at the new discounted rate. Please note though that all purchases are final and not refundable.

  2. How do I access this promotion?

  • Log in to the Monese app
  • Tap on the menu in the top left corner
  • Tap ‘Promotions'
  • Enter the promo code FLASH20
  • You will be charged £80 for your gift card

  1. How do I activate my gift card? Once you purchase a gift card, you will receive a notification in your Monese app, in addition to an email to activate your gift card. Follow the prompts to see the full list of retailers from which you can redeem your gift card.

  2. Where can I redeem my gift card? Once your gift card is activated, it can be redeemed at your selection of the following retailers; Amazon, Argos, Asda, Cineworld, Costa, Debenhams, Currys PC World, Decathlon GB, Evans Cycles, Foot Locker, Halfords, John Lewis & Partners, lastminute.com, Marks and Spencer, New Look GB, Nike UK, Not on the High Street, Pizza Hut Restaurants UK.

  3. Can I use my gift card in conjunction with other offers by retailers? You will need to check with the individual retailer.

  4. When does my gift card expire? Your link to activate your gift card will expire after 90 days from purchase. Once your gift card has been activated, the expiry date will vary depending on the retailer.

  5. Who do I speak to if I have a problem or question? If you have any questions about purchasing a gift card or activating your gift card please contact Monese support here.

  6. How do I check the outstanding balance on my card? If you follow the link that was sent to you via the Monese app and in your email inbox, you will be able to check your card balance.

  7. Can I return my card or get a refund? Unfortunately, purchases are final, and can not be refunded or returned.

  8. Can I use my gift card as a gift? Yes, once you have activated a gift card, you are able to send these to other recipients - provided you haven’t already spent the balance.

  9. Can I get a refund if I do not redeem my gift card within the 90 day claim period? No, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
