• When will I get the reward?

  Both you, and the person you’ve invited, will receive money into your accounts as soon as they make a payment using their shiny new Monese card, either in store or online.

• Can I top up an account of a friend I have referred?

  In order for your friend to use their card, they’ll be required to add some money to their account. You can't do that yourself - we require whoever opened the account to make the transfer

• Can I refer as many friends as I want?

  Yes! You can invite everyone and their dog, if they’ve got one. Actually, no, you can’t invite pets - they are sadly not eligible for current accounts. But you can invite all the human beings you like..

• Why haven’t I received my reward for inviting a friend?

  You’ll receive £15 which will be allocated to your account after your invited friend has added their own funds and used their card to make a transaction.

• What is the Monese invite and earn program?

  You'll earn £15 every time someone opens an account with your code, adds funds to their account and then spends some of it using their card. They'll get their Monese debit card for free - and be rewarded an extra £15 as well!

• Will I earn £15 for each friend who spends on their Monese card?

  That’s right! For each person who makes a payment on their card, you’ll get a sweet £15 reward. Get 10 people to sign up and you’ll get £150!

• Can I track my referrals?

  Sure. You can see however many people you’ve invited and whether they’ve signed up in the ‘Earn’ section of the Monese app.
