While many people are barred from entering the US due to coronavirus travel restrictions, it doesn’t mean your money can’t make it there! We provide a fast and secure money transfer service so you can send money to the US quickly and usually for less than when sending with traditional banks.
So if you need to send money abroad to friends and relatives during these trying times, here’s how to do it — and with no hidden fees!
How do I use the money transfer service?
It’s easy! Simply open your app and head to the Payments section. From here, follow these three simple steps:
Step 1: Tap on New payment to create a new payee. We’ll prompt you to enter their full name, the currency you want to send (in this case, US Dollar), their residential address and their account details. We'll save these details for you, so you won't have to enter them the next time you want to send.
Step 2: Enter the amount you wish to send to the US (you’ll see the currency conversion screen here).
Step 3: Review and confirm your payment.
That’s it! Rest easy knowing your money is on its way. Please wait up to three working days for the funds to land in the account, but keep in mind this may also depend on the receiving bank’s processing times. Consider any US public holidays as well when transferring internationally as processing times could be longer.
